My son and I were having a lightsaber duel. At one point it looks like I’m winning. The next moment I am cleaning blood of my mouth and floor. My tooth doesn’t look loose, but it feels a little loose. Am I going to lose the tooth?

Sariah,
Every good mother has received a lightsaber wound at some point in their lives. We should just be grateful, they’re plastic I suppose. Although, a true lightsaber would have at least cauterized the wound for you so you wouldn’t need to clean the floor.
An emergency dentist is going to need to look at your tooth to gauge the extent of the damage. It’s possible you just stretched the ligaments. In that case, the tooth will just need to be stabilized while it recovers. Don’t play with it, because if it is the ligaments you could end up snapping them.
It’s possible you’ll need a root canal. You’ll want to see what can be done for your tooth as soon as possible, so you have the greatest chance of saving your tooth.
