I had a crown break in half. I’m out of town and wondered if I could just superglue it.

Dan,
While you could technically superglue your crown, you’d have no way of knowing if you glued it back in the exact right position. This could cause some pretty good problems, including a good deal of pain.
There is probably also a reason that the crown had problems. I know you’re out of town, but you’ll still want to see a dentist right away. There are emergency dentists who will see non-established patients. Some will even see you the same day.
The dentist will have much better bonding material than super glue, and he’ll be able to make sure it properly bonded.
