I have horrible teeth. I was born without some of my permanent teeth, and others are chipped and some were already pulled. I want to do something about it, but know the cost will be hefty. What are some of the more affordable options for full mouth reconstruction? Im looking for dentistry that’s affordable, as I’m doing it on a budget.

Melanie,
Full Mouth reconstruction can mean a lot of different things. Most often it means crowning or restoring most of your teeth, in your entire mouth. Its not done by all dentists, and you would have to carefully select a practitioner with the skill level to do it. And with the time and expertise that goes into a full mouth reconstruction (FMR), will come a very big price tag.
Fortunately today, there are many options of thing you can do to accomplish your goals of getting a good esthetic result and affordable dentistry. Implants would be the best route, as they closely mimic natural teeth, providing stability and endurance.
Dental implants aren’t cheap, but there are some dentists that are more affordable than others. Be careful, though. There are a lot of dentists that are more affordable only because they are unskilled or using cheap materials.
