Can you advise me? My son hasn’t lost baby teeth, but he has another row of teeth growing up behind them. Why does he have extra teeth?

Morgan,
First, let me assure you that you son is not a shark boy. That isn’t an extra row of teeth he’s growing. It looks like his adult teeth are malpositioned.
If his baby teeth are loose and I mean loose enough to come out soon, you don’t need to do anything. If they’re not, you’ll need to see a dentist to have them extracted.
The sooner the teeth are out, the easier it will be to move them into their proper position when he’s ready for orthodontics. That will save you significant money.
