I’ve recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea and my dentist is having me use the cpap machine. I just can’t sleep with it and my wifes not to crazy about it either. Is there something else that i can use instead?

Jonathon,
It really depends upon the severity of your sleep apnea. If yours is severe, than you really need the CPAP, but if you’re case is mild to moderate, than there are CPAP alternatives.
I would speak with your dentist about the possibility of using a mouthguard in your case and see if that helps. Dr. Bolt is a CPAP sufferer himself, so he understands what you’re experiencing.
